One of the strongest impressions on the runway this A/W was head to toe covered in white, which I love. I think it's nice to see fashion go back to the basics and I personally think creating a look which is completely made up of white is chic and modern and it's nice to see a trend which is simple but also effective when it comes to standing out from the crowd. I also like how this trend is easy to assemble at any price and easy to wear.

| What I really like about Derek Lam A/W 2013 collection are these two complete white outfits which show the 'all in white' trend off so well. I think because the trend is all about one colour a good way to make it unique is by having different textures. I like how Derek Lam hasn't gone over bored with the textures but just kept it minimalistic by adding a bit of over-layering the fabric near the collar to add some detail to the outfits. | | | |
